Where we begin…
My work is holistic and integrative. While hypnosis is the main modality I use, I also incorporate tools such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping), cognitive exercises, and other various supportive modalities.
Each session is catered to address your unique needs on an emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical level. There is no one approach that applies to everyone, and there’s no wrong way to experience hypnosis.

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a heightened state of awareness in which the subconscious mind becomes open to receiving positive thoughts, suggestions, and images. It’s a very natural state that we unconsciously shift in and out of throughout our daily lives.
But it’s important to note that hypnotherapy is not “magic”– even though it can feel like it sometimes!
Hypnotherapy is a natural, collaborative, and willing state. I don’t control your mind and I can’t do anything “to you” while under hypnosis. There is no barking like dogs or clucking like chickens in a therapeutic setting, and you are in control the entire time.

*First session is generally 90 minutes and includes suggestibility testing and follow up email.
All subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
All packages include hypnosis recordings when applicable.
Packages of 6 must be used within 3 months of start date

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
EFT is an alternative therapy which treats physical, emotional, or mental distress by tapping on specific energy points on the body.
Similar to the way acupuncture uses needles to balance meridian points, EFT uses fingertip tapping or light massaging.
EFT disrupts stuck energy patterns that produce stress. The disruption neutralizes negative emotion, and restores harmony and balance to the mind and body.
EFT is right for you if
• You’re experiencing a physical or emotional issue that feels “stuck” in your body.
• You have a tendency to hold stress in your body, and you have a hard time expressing and/or releasing your feelings.

EFT is included in conjunction with hypnotherapy packages as needed, and as time permits.
However, I also offer stand alone EFT sessions for those who would like to explore this technique on its own.
